Yes it does matter. The vote on the Gulf of Tonkin resolution was very close...as I think will eventually be the vote here...once they get down to figuring out who to hit and how...I think by then the Europeans are going to come to their senses. All this talk of War and Good against Evil is very right wing stuff, and we all know only worse will come from any retaliation.

There is only one way to address this issue, and that is to talk seriously...America has now joined the ranks of those who posture and preen for peace while deciding how to murder the other fellow. My faith rests entirely with the American people...and the Iraqi people.
