Just for fun, replace the word America, by the word Iraq, in Colin Powell speech, and imagin if an Iraqi gave a speech like that, what will happen to Iraq, and what would Iraq be called by the "civilized family of nations" :
"you can't attack Iraq like this and get away with it...this is an act of war...we will take whatever steps we feel are necessary... we will send a messsage loud and clear...Iraq will not live in fear...let those who attack innocent Iraqi civillians know they will be punished...we will hit tham back hard.

"We will strike against the perpetrators and whatever countries harbor them...you can't attack America like this and get away with it...this is an act of war...we will take whatever steps we feel are necessary...we will send a messsage loud and clear...America will not live in fear...let those who attack innocent American civillians know they will be punished...we will hit tham back hard.

: It seems America has learned this lesson very quickly. Pray they are as attentive to other things it needs to learn.
