No one has more weapons of mass destruction in its arsenal than the United States..and no one has used them except the United States.
If you use a conventional bomb and kill fifty thousand...is that bomb then NOT a weapon of mass destruction? And if you kill five hundred with an exotic gas...does that make the gas a weapon of mass destruction? Just who decides these things anyway?
