The United States has visions of being the Roman Empire...soon there will be no one to oppose any of its demands...made in the name of Freedom and all of that. It will go the same way...it too will rot from within.
You cannot despoil other people without ruining yourself...no one has learned that simple lesson yet...no one in power at least for they are always seduced by their ability to make people jump and fawn. These are not people of vision, except insofar as vision means more money tomorrow.
