you know, i love "old" people. i can't wait to not color my hair (i've always wanted silver hair) & get those kick ass laugh lines & crows feet around my eyes that show how much i laughed as much as i cried when i was living out my dreams... really. i don't like young faces so much anymore because they don't show much of the paths their owners took.
& you know what's better - old age, from what i see, lets you hang out with your friends more than when you were younger - you have a bit of extra savings to splash around, your widowed friends are finally free from their marriages, no kids to save for or run all over the place for...
Stella, it ONLY gets better... despite what the trashy mags would have you think.
