Everytime I walk through any door at my school to get in, I have to go through a mob of smokers. I watch them sometimes as I half listen to my smoker friends talk. I've noticed that you can actually make new friends through smoking. People just strike up conversations with total strangers. It all starts with someone forgetting their lighter...it's all magic after that!

: the blushing is good! i wouldn't say that kissing girls has to be "sexual;" it can be very sisterly, if you're not a "lesbian"... hell, we'd compare each other & see who was the best kisser. it's not life threatening, & if anything, it made us a lot closer... god, i miss my girlfriends so much it hurts sometimes. when we get together once a year, we all hate the leaving part. i have this crazy notion that we're going to all settle down together at the end of our lives & drive each other crazy for fun - get high & shit-faced like we did in undergrad, & talk about everything under the sun. i was always the morose one, the one they had to entice into games they played... sometimes they'd see me sitting in a tree & have to call me down, sometimes i'd hear one of them crying in her room late at night, & hold her while she told me about her fears in life & how shitty her "real" dad was to her family. my family had no problems, so they'd host my friends whenever they didn't have a place to go for vacations... my current boyfriend is kind of like them - he's more my best friend than anything else - i wouldn't have it any other way.
