: As the UK branch of the Assyrian Aid Society, we are writing to inform you of our forthcoming ‘Dinner & Dance’ party which is scheduled to convene at our Assyrian House on Saturday 3rd November 2001, from 8.00 PM onwards. All proceeds from the party will be sent to the Assyrian Aid & Social Society (Headquarters) in our homeland, Northern Iraq.
: The entertainers for the evening are the very talented and renowned Assyrian artists, Mr. Ogun Bet Shmouel from the U.S.A, Mr. Nawful Shamoun from Germany and our very own Mike T. from England. Tickets are priced at £15.00 each (food included) and will be sold on a first come first serve basis at the Assyrian House during the following dates:

Is there a sizable population of Assyrians in the UK? Also, what is the Assyrian House?
Just curious since I'm working on a project which involves information about our community worldwide.
