hi. i'm only 1/4 Assyrian, so maybe i don't count,
but some dude calling himself the "Servant of Assyria"
told me that i was wrong for suggesting that AINA
ought to be less harsh when it makes statements
"rebuking" the Arab American Institute & ADC for
listing Assyrians as "Arabs." what the hell? in the
US, anyone from an Arabic speaking country is auto-
matically called "Arab" - it's not supposed to be
a derogatory term, either (though sometimes i get the
feeling that it is used as one). i think that AINA
ought to stress the difference, but to harshly
criticize & disown our neighbors, the Arabs? it seems
like hypocrisy... what do you think? oh, by the way,

1/4 Chaldean, 1/2 Finnish
