Fred,
Here's the deal. Since we are using "fredparhad" in your "site manager", we CAN NOT use it as your e-mail address.

So, to check your e-mail, go to your main page (http://www.fredparhad.com) and click on the "e-mail" link in the bottom right corner of the page.

Under username, type "fred"... under password... you know what that is.

For Server, you know what that is...

Anyway, the skinny of this post is the following:

Your e-mail address will be fred@fredparhad.com

NOT fredparhad@fredparhad.com

Ok??
