There was one man who specifically stood out in the N. Iraq Kha B'Neesan pictures. Most everyone else was wearing a suit, but he appeared to be in the front of the crowd, wearing a red and white headdress (keffiyah?)... and he has a white beard not unlike that of a Mr. Fred Parhad.

Who is that man?? I mean, is he some sort of government official... or just a nonconformist?
