NEW GENERATION, NEW ASSYRIAN
The youth of Holland, we can define as powerful, enthusiastic and motivated. In the last year she reached so many. Her members doubled and the level she is in, is upon expected. That?s why; I think we deserve to call us with proud ATHURAYA KHATA.
She started up a folklore that is doing very well. Her football team is famous in the Assyrian competitions across Europe. There has arisen a theatre group, which demonstrates the problems in our culture through performances. 50 youngsters took part on a camp in Holland for a whole weekend and there are many plans for next year. The youth has monthly forums and of course they have fantastic ?hage?.
The secret of our success is simpler than you think. The secret is FRIENDSHIP. The band that our youth ties is not only through the ?hedre?, but also outside the ?hedre?. This great connection lets the ?FELHONO? get up! But not only friendship helped us, a great basic has made sure that we get all the things we needed to set up a youth we can be proud of.
The past is our heritage, we shall never forget, the present is our responsibility and the future is our challenge. We are prepared to accept this challenge!
