The Bush administration announced last night, that Secretary of War Collin, "Tom" Powell, has authorized the Pentagon to develop thunderstorms over Iraq. The undersecretary, Hau Low, also said that lightning and high winds will be deployed in time.

The Office of Disinformation, which changed its name just before disbanding, says the idea came to them that natural disasters would lift the awful sense of angst and "suffering" Lutherans in the United States were expressing over the man made bombing of Iraq.

Secretary Powell said..."with a natural disaster such as a Hurricane, it's all luck, isn't it"?
