+++ Where is the problem. Coming together - finding a consensus or not, educating each other (always in respect) - synergizing energies with people being fit for a team. And also parting from people when differences are too great and letting them go their own way. If their ways will be violent against us - first trying to mediate, and if there's no other way left - resist them.
