Figures...the country of Ashur has been starved and brutalized for years by Christians...in order to get some water for drinking and washing dead babies before burial, the Iraqi government must construct a dam...and hadnīt managed to find a site pleasing to Assrin Patrots in America...the same ones who wildly support the slow strangulation of the people of their "dear" homeland (what would they do to it or countenance if they hated it)...and so Assrin Patrots everywhere are terribly upset that this venerated pile of stones...one that never caught their fancy before...has to be "destroyed". Gee...I thought Christians were the ones who believed in SACRIFICE! Look at it as a sacrifice...some old relics must be sacrificed that living children may live.
Surely a Christian can see what an Assyrian understands well enough...without the aid of HebrewVision?
