So far I've read news reports about how US bombs have hit Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Turkey all by mistake. Let's not forget the residential areas in Iraq.

Can they really be that smart?

Also, the recent 'boondocks' comic strip asked: What good are smart bombs when you have a dumb president?
