WHO IS GOING TO FOOT THE BILL FOR THOSE LOANS IF THERE'S NO OIL MONEY? Iraq's NOT a prospering nation right now. It needs it's oil money. What else can Iraq rely on right now? Exporting dates & goat cheese?
