My mother just got off the phone yesterday with some of our family in Cuba. They were talking about how the US was saying Cuba was a terrorist nation, and that it has biological weapons, and that it is a rogue state like Iraq. They kept saying things like, why are they attacking us? What have we done? And the conversation went back and forth from the impending war in Cuba to one of my relatives needed eye surgery, and back again to the impending war in Cuba.

Just thought I'd like to provide some insight into the situation from an internal point of view for those who might want to know, and for those who maybe aren't in need of a dry, concise, unemotional news article, but maybe want to tap into the emotional and social reality of the situation instead.
