You could say that the macho attacker method the Repubs have perfected isn't really the way to go in running an honest campaign. Procter's suggestion is a bit chauvinistic and can be considered a very expensive smear campaign.

The ad example he suggests is one that is based in fear, especially fear of those horrible dark people from the Middle East who are all apart of Al Qaida.

It seems like Procter isn't just suggesting the Dems to grow some steel balls. There's also an underlying excuse for more racism and agression...

or am I just reading too much into it?
