That was fast. Received a few emails from people who knew Reynolds and got burned by him. I'm sure they won't mind sharing their names.

God love you son. You don't know how many nights I've lain awake wishing I had the chance to meet that skunk again. I wasn't surprised at all to read he stoled a family dog. He left a trail of lies and broken hearts here in South Dakota. I hope he rots in hell.

Did you really run Chance Reynolds over with your Suburban? I am so sorry about the horse and just as sorry about Reynolds. I mean I'm sorry that only his collar bone got broke. He got over $30,000 from my parents that was supposed to go for my college expenses. I remember him walking around in his fancy cowboy clothes. We all fell for it. I'm sorry he cheated you too but at least you took a bite out of him. I hope they catch him soon and put him where he belongs.

That's all I got, so far. It seems if Chance Reynolds ever rides off into the sunset, they'll be a howling mob of pissed as hell people after him. It's one thing to rob a store or a bank even. It's another to win the trust and confidence of people just like yourself...except that they really worked for what they had and they thought you were honest when you pretended to be friends with them and wanted to benefit them through what turned out to be a scam. The one refrain that goes through all the people he screwed is that, "they were so nice". No they weren't. That wasn't, "nice". It was a cold, calculating way to disarm your defenses...that's all.
