& of course, none of the disgraceful & disgusting activities of men who try to oust women at the workplace is due to ANY fault of the woman. It is the man's fault for acting in such ways toward a woman, & men know FULL WELL when they are acting inappropriately (as much as men may try to deny either their actions & words or the inappropriateness or knowledge of the inappropriateness of their behaviors).
