It's all about power. Whoever it is that is in charge (whether it's the U.S. military or U.N. officials under the sway of the U.S. gov't), if he/they are not native(s), he/they will have even less respect for those natives & allow raping/prostitution, more pillaging, & the trafficking of children to continue or get worse.
