Sheesh, historians at there job in rewriting history again, peace insued "illusionally", wars internally never end, hence Ionian revolts and Lydian insurgencies, and Babylonian counter alliances and Assyrian renationalisms after their fall in Nineveh, when Persians peacefully finished off what the Medes had started.
