I've probably already told this story before, but when my wisdom teeth were (PAINFULLY) extracted, I asked the surgeon to give me my teeth because I'd like to keep them. & you know, he was not allowed to give me, or anyone else, my own teeth! It's against the law, or something like that. So, now I wonder if the toothfairy is actually an agent for an underground tooth market. : ) You know, I once got a letter, as a little kid, after I forgot to put my tooth under my pillow. Anyway, the fairy was so digruntled, she left this letter saying, "Where the hell is the tooth?! Put it under your pillow next time, OR ELSE!"
I'm just being silly about wanting teeth. I thought it would be bizarre to ask for something like one's baby teeth, kind of in the way some gods ask for virgin sacrifices, foreskins, etc.
