Imperilistic, but hiding behing US skirt. After WW2, which they wanted almost more than Germany did, but pretended not to know what Germany was up to(by being attacked they could justify going to war, like US with Sept 11 and Pearl Harbor), but they did not expect Germany to be able to do what it did, and instead suffered more financial and military losses than previoulsy imagined, and now has to wag the US's tail. The people seem to resent the hukumet.
