Do you have any idea what a Chaldean style retaurant could do down here? I swear...no matter how the French, or these people, try to fry an egg...nothing comes close to some of those places you have in Detroit. I donīt know what they put in their lemonade but I can still taste it and nothing comes close to it.
The most important thing, besides the food here, is ambience. They get it all wrong...get carried away with the cheap labor and the plentiful marble and before you know it you canīt tell if youīre at a mausoleum or a restaurant.
The profit margin must be great too...construction costs are minimal...especially at the beach...there are no permits and regulations...your workers get almost nothing (a custom you can change)...and how much do you think a fish an avocado, a tomato and a potato and the best damn beer anywhere cost down here...especially at a beach that hasnīt been discovered...yet? Almost nothing...a dollar maybe? And yet they charge seven bucks for such a meal...you do the math.
Any time you want to.
