... I'd like to "re-post" the poem that I made about Shawn. It wasn't vulgar in the least, and I happened to be so proud of myself after writing it, that I saved it on my hard drive.
It is entitled:
--== To Shawn, with love ==--
Shawn, aye Shawn
A "liar" was he
By profession, of course
What a person to be
For shame, for shame! I say to thee.....
..... Inconveniencing me!
*** Note to Shawn:
The word li·ar (lí-ur) in this case is a term used so as not to infer or imply the conventional meaning of the noun (One that tells lies), but rather as a form of sarcasm to indicate the general sentiment that the American public (myself included) has of "lawyers", as well as the ridiculousness of the present situation we find ourselves in.
