There was no malice or defamation in what I did. I wrote the truth as I experienced it, that's all. Everything I said about the woman can be backed up and what can't fits under "he said she said"...but NONE of it was with malice or even negligence.
It would appear that what Jackie did in sending her e-mails out and what she told people and what she had written on the contract and what Alphonse said to people about there BEING no Shumirum etc...these acts were ALL negligent and defamatory and made with malice because we can all see..as any jury made of normal people can see...just how malicious this woman can be.
Jeff...thanks a lot. You know...there are many lawyers who have integrity and fight the good fight. These two people are matched in their desire for money...that's all.
I knew many fine lawyers...but they seldom get rich.
