Conspiracy theories alone cannot explain Social phenomena

With all due respect for the writer of the Zinda article, I think the writer of the article has forgotten one fundamental fact that the Chaldean/Assyrian phenomenon exist as a reality in our society regardless of all the existing plots and conspiracies by our enemies to undermine our national and political rights in our homeland.
I have come to the conclusion that our main stream political and national organizations rather than analyze and deal with Chaldean phenomenon as an existing reality in our society prefer to close their eyes and pretend it does not exist.
Our enemies will continue to use and abuse this phenomenon unless we address this issue in its roots with the full participation of the leaders and intelectualls from the Chaldean community itself.
Recently in Chicago, we witnessed the formation of the Assyrian American League. An organization that would fascilitate lobbying efforts on behalf of our people in Washington. I wonder how these efforts could be fully successful if the support of the Chaldean community in Detroit is not gauranteed.
In the real world, when one deals with social and political affairs, these are no perfect solutions to problems. Negotiations, compromises, and making deals must be used to achieve short and long term goals.
Unfortunatly we always tend to use easy approaches. Making conspiracy theories is much easier than dealing with the actual problems.
