I think the majority of my dad's family left Iraq for the US & UK (some are in Kuwait, Jordan, & Lebanon), in the 1960's-'80's... He grew up in Baghdad (his mother was a Razuk (sp?), NOT a Thoma - I was wrong about that before, & maybe I STILL don't have the name right...), & part of his family lived in Basra (his father's side), so he may know people still there...
