I have not learned to cook like my mom yet....I do want to learn though. She makes some excellent food and its relatively healthy when compared to the food prepared with tons of butter/lard and oil that most Assyrians cook. Ahh!And then they wonder why most of our older relatives have high cholesterol and other health problems. Its not just diet..its lack of physical activity too.
