What I meant was,... to definitely help our people, AND to help others, but to be sure that we have helped as many of our people as we can.

Kind of like if the AAS hears that the roofs of the houses in a village with lots of Assyrians are going to cave in in the winter, they will fix all of the roofs in the village, whether the inhabitants of that particular house are kurdish or arab or whatever... but the fact remains that they went to the village in the first place because there were so many Assyrians requesting help.

Does that make any sense? I rarely do.
