Anyway, Jeff, what did you put in the hummus? Did you add enough water, or too much? Was the garlic too strong, or not enough? & the lemon or tahini - it has to be balanced, you know. I mean, surely it's not the chick peas... Just keep playing around with the mixture - it takes a couple times to find the right balance. Personally, I crank up the garlic - makes for really great breath that even toothpaste & mouthwash can't take care of... I'm planning on eating nothing but hummus while the boyfriend's away in Belgium - should keep everyone out of my path!
