Until that son of a bitch Shawn moved to Seattle, he practised in California so you know damn well he knws these laws...and you know damn well he wasn't about to tell Jackie about the uselessness of her suit against Jeff AND against me. He knows she doesn't know...so he does whatever she pays him to do. She didn't even offer to pay me and I still wouldn't do it if she had...but I'm not a lawyer.
Her threat to John Piralli comes under the same heading...these were attempts to intimidate so her highass could be spared the sight of the blood she caused to flow...the damage and hurt she inflicted on all of us...not just me. If her actions are allowed to stand then this wimpy gutless and gelded heritage of ours will get nowhere even faster.
Way to go Jeff...it will give me great pleasure to bring this up...Shawn...keep reading and start researching...do what you want, your case and your client are both bankrupt, the only kind of clout she has is in her checkbook...and we all know you're for sale. Sue my ass for that why don't you?
