Nothing does everything. Get them food and shelter and do no more...and we'll be back here. Don't get food and shelter for them and we'll be where we are already. Ergo...food and shelter will solve immediate needs only...if that. Without making any "noise"...we will neither get the interest of our own people...or anyone else.
Nothing works it seems.
