From what I've heard you've hit all the bases. Churches are good for this sort of thing. More than anything though I think we need to figure out ways of getting funding from elsewhere to provide for these kinds of services.
I'd say contact Narsai David personally. I've spoken to him about it already...but you never know what another person can achieve. You seem the type not to be denied.
If the Chaldeans of detroit can do it...or rather that one lady...we should be able to someday create a non-profit that could get government money and then corporate grants for these services to Assyrians in need...in this kind of emergency medical need.
