Luckily for me, only one of the three planned steps of the surgery took place.
Originally, it was going to involve breaking/fixing the upper jaw, using the bone graft from the hip (or near the arse as you would say), and then breaking and fixing of the lower jaw.
Much to my delight, I suppose, they did not use the bone graft, and only broke my upper jaw.
A surgery of bibilical proportions, yes, and as they say in the bible, "when the man tied his ass to a tree", and on aina, "when the man tied his ********* to a tree"...
Please, don't make me laugh. It really, really hurts. I sure hope it won't hurt to laugh after this has all healed.
