Zowaa and it's role in Northern Iraq

Ghassan,
I was at the recent Assyrian convention and while there, I saw a public meeting between around 7 of our community's organizations, including the Chaldean Federation of America in which they designated ZOWAA the group which can speak for our people in Northern Iraq to the State Department representatives.

Also, this year at the convention there were quite a bit of Chaldeans there, participating not only as guests but even facilitating seminars and speaking at the political rallies. It seemed like unity was on everyone's mind.
