: It's the same thing the US gov't would like to see in Iraq, after they smash the hell out of the country's infrastructure AGAIN & give it a "democratic" government, keeping it whole so that the boarders will stay intact... while the "natives" are fighting for their lives & property, the oil barons keep pumping.
