Man....the more you go into it, the LESS clear it becomes.
This doesn't seem to apply at all to someone just yelling "obscenities" at people...or writing an obscene note to someone...even on the internet.
I wasn't trying to appeal to anyone's purient interests...YUCK! None of this seems to cover just plain refering to someone using obscene words or images.
The other definition said insults and epithets aren't actionable...and in Michigan they overturned a law that made it a misdemeanor to cuss in front of children. I think Shawn is blowing smoke somewhere.
