See...the dilemna for these guys is if they ever have kids...the kids will distance themselves from the brand of Assyria their parents espouse...they'll have to. It's too limiting and humiliating to be this kind of an Assyrian...unless you just got off the boat and think you're now in Turkey again.
They're losing our younger generations for us by this weird and aberrant behavior. Jeez...w"hen you think of how many forces there are opposing us and how much we add to the list of them, AND how most of the opposition to us comes from US...it's a wonder we've survived at all. We have survived...haven't we? As long as one of us remains to say he is "PRIDE to be a Assyrian...we will persist in the notion that nothing we could do would help us...and nothing we do hurts us. We're just Jello in the universe.
