Makes sense to keep a watchful eye on the kinds of people you can see could be relateded to known groups of Terrorists.
After all, it was unprecedented that the United States should be attacked on its home turf...obviously there is a new reality out there and we have to goose that old Constitution...the Founding Fathers had no knowledge of what "terrorists" were all about...even if they were shooting British soldiers in the back.
But, serious departures from the norm should make us vigilant. Therefore, we should round up all young white males with short hair. For the only other attack on the United States was carried out by a member of this dastardly group. We have every reason to pull such men over and check them out. And I know a whole lot of people who would sleep a lot better if every good old cracker was sent to Guantanamo...forever.
