A short addition:
Tbe mention of the person/org in the bill-c-section of the WHOIS data means of course not only that he/it is being billed for offering domains as a host/provider but also that he/it bills his/its customers who have websites with him/it.
A part of those proceeds is then passed on to the org from which the host/provider Schlund got her licence for domain marketing.
All in all: Bill-c-name/organization means the "financial clearing house" running any billing operation in any direction but definitely NOT the paying end consumer (here: Youkhana) and/or - as may be - the consumer's financial sponsor !
