She made money on commission, so it varied, but a *lot*. I don't care much for money, though. What I do envy is the stress free life & that she got to ride in helicopters & drop rich surfer dudes into waters from which most never returned & got to snorkel to her heart's content.

That, & she had a photographer boyfriend who showed her all the cool, remote, & beautiful places on the islands that none of the outsiders know about.

I'm even having dreams about Hawaii now... last time I was there, you could have helped me out, as I had a horrible stomach virus that didn't let me enjoy the beach very much... if you know what I mean...
