Today I went to the Secretary of State's office, but I arrived before they opened. As I waited outside in the freezing freezing cold, I spoke to a woman in line (she was first in line, I was second), and she told me that her husband was waiting in the car. I jokingly asked her why she wasn't waiting in the warm car, and why he wasn't out in line freezing, and she laughed. A few minutes later, closer to opening time, he joined us in line and she related my question to him, and he replied "Chivalry is dead". Well... is it?
