...this is the End Run around the Constitution. They sat around in Think Tanks for years and pondered how on earth they could stop Blacks and Women and Ferriners from invoking that document to get the same rights promised to ALL citizens...and the best way, the ONLY way to subvert the document was to make the document itself the "guilty party" in assuring the safety and security of all Americans..when they know damn well they want it to serve mostly WHITE MALE Americans.

So...since they believe in equality some of the time..ALL Americans would have to come under a threat so huge, so scary, so all-pervasive..so "everywhere at all times and forever too"...that Terrorists would be the only answer to their prayers..and they made a bunch of them too.

And they`ll keep at it until Americans...ALL Americans..even the Blacks and Gays and Women and MUSLIM Americans will sign on because they all want to be "Protected"...and THAN the air can be polluted and benefits gutted and liberties and freedoms done away with and of course GOD can be put in our lives some more. The Nazis did the same thing..as the laws stood in Germany under Weimar, there was no "legal" way to do what they felt they had to do also to insure the dominance of the White Matser Race...so they scared people with anarchists and commies and Jews and then they set a few fires and blamed them on the above mentioned..and then the "good" German people realized they were up against EVIL and they had to be extra GOOD and they needed speacial measures because the Law isn`t effective enough in fighting EVIL and so they democractically decided to add new laws and get rid of "obsolete" laws that couldn `t defend them now under the "new world order" that was bringing "new forces" to bear against them..and so they stupidly but patrioticall removed the ONLY guarentees they had that their own leaders could be held accountable...and then those leaders took over with reckless abandon and millions died and Germany was torn in two and separated by a wall for years...and on and on.

Bush and the Repubs and the Christians WANT Terrorism..they INVENTED it...they frustrated inncoent people for decades and brutalized their children IN ORDER to get Terrorists...and for this very purpose.

The horror stories and gross exagerrations about CRIME IN AMERCA served the same purpose...with a constant drumbeat of news about rampant crime and soft prisons and turn-around judges and leniency and the rest...new "hard-liners" were voted in by a terrified public, promising to make the streets safe again, who then went about getting rid of the EPA and clean water and clean air and gas consumption and banking laws and stock market oversight and media protections and consumer protection and energy saving laws..the crime issue, like the terrorist one now, were smoke screens to hide what those judges and politicians were really there to do...same as with the Commie scare days. We fall for it EVERY time..and EVERY time we go a little broker and get a lot stupider and ripe for the NEXT time they play that Con on us.

Wait till we find life SOMEWHERE out in the universe...what do you want to bet it`s going to be "envious" of our Lifestyle?
