apparently the Americans moved in to occupy positions vacated by the Spaniards who pulled out of Iraq completely...either they were greeted by gunfire from Iraqis who hadn`t bothered to shoot the Spanish soldiers or the Americans came in shooting...just to begin pacification of the population..let them know freedom and democracy was coming to town.

I guess you prove to Americans that you`re ready for their brand of democracy when you take whatever shit they dish out to you in your own home...if you resist and assert your humanity...you become the enemy...the insurgent.

How long can this charade go on?
