I knew she`d back out..like she tried to back me in. I knew Lincoln would his toe down..knew the thought of actually going over the 2000 plus posts she`d singled out in court in front of a rapt audience would cow her better part of man.

At the same time I didn`t think she could afford to...if she backed down, as she is now doing, it means she wouldn`t be likely to come back and start all over if I posted every refference to her cunt and ass and all the other nonsense she claimed "ruined" her life.

But then....if she went to court, everything would be in the public record and would be available to be posted anywhere by anyone. She wasn`t going to win a damn thing but just keep loding and losing...that`s why it`s better the first judgement, the default stood...that I didn`t challenge it, though the judge told me I could...better because she can`t even begin to collect on that one...so what was the point to any of it if she wanted to punish me further...and how could she stop me re-posting those posts if they were going to become part of the court procedings, which in America are still open to the pubic.

I think it was right about then that she took another look at Shawn...a closer harder look than when she was all gung ho and hot and he more than willing to trot her for all she was worth. I think he levelled with her finally or she called him on it when he gave her an estimate for what a trial such as this would cost..both in money and nerves and embarrassment..especially since I could prove what i said was true, or leave it safely in the jury`s hands who would have no trouble at all seeing a rich bitch when she sat in frotn of them...I think Shawn asked for a retainer..a down payment on the bill and she balked...or opened her eyes and shut her yap long enough to finally see that the reason people don`t mount these kinds of lawsuits, while she does..isn`t because they don`t have as many balls down their throat as she does..but rather because they know it`s a stupid thing to do..that it`s bect to take your licks...legally when you couldn`t get the other kind...and never be so damn foolish again.

And indeed I could post them all and add to them and there isn`t a goddamn thing she could do..even if I was in the States..I`d still defend myself so she wouldn`t cost me any money...she still wouldn`t get a dime if she won...and I`d STILL get to grill her in front of grown-ups and the record of all we said in court would then STILL be available to anyone for any purpose.

My last words to her were..."you just made a big mistake". I knew from that moment exactly what I was going to do...not give in an inch...and I knew she`d eventuall cave in cause that`s ALL she`s ever been worth...one inch.
