...hold on there...before the Law Code of Hammurabi it was an eye, nose, toes and hands for an eye...an eye for an eye...was an improvement...for Hammurabi创s time...we progress in stages. That would be around 1700 BC. It was 500 years later...twice as long as the United States has been a country...that Moses got lost and saw a bush on fire and came back with an eye for an eye...in those 500 years the people of BetNahrain had advanced from Hammurabis创s days...as is obviously indicated on those BORING tablets no one will read but remain locked away.

Modernism and all of the worldly benefits it brought the human race, has instead elevated the hoarding of material into personal storehouses as the sole object of our lives.
