...amen brother...let me indulge as well,,,Walid Ibn Khalid, the "Sword of islam"...invited the Patriarch back to Jerusalem whwn his army drove the mercenary "contractors" of that day out...the Patriarch ran cause he knew damn wlel what the Christians would have done had they been victorious...Khalid toured the city with the trembling vicar of Christ and reassured him that as the Prophet told them..they would respect all worshippers at the shrines holy to them all...and later, when he was fighting the murderous Christian Emperor...he returned the money exacted from a grateful village of Christians who were the "wrong kind" to protect them from the Christian Emperor because he had to leave and thus wasn`t able to keep his word..but later he returned and kicked the Christians out..much to the relief of the Christians..who were glad to pay...ALL armies "exacted taxes" to pay their troops....but what the Muslims did was far better than the Romans...who would take whatever they wanted and burn the rest

...like the Assyrians...Jews marvel that the Assyrians never succeeded in "capturing the pile of sheepshit they built that mighty fortress on..Jerusalem. What the fuck would they have done with it...quartered their horses there? Why...what had the animals done to deserve such treatment?

They never WANTED the damn place..neither did the Jews for long. They merely came and took tribute...tuition you might call it for all we taught them.

"See Jerusalem and die"...was a curse..not a blessing.
