+++Of course not...why should you join in things you people know nothing about but "teach" anyway? You probably had several teachers just like that along the way...how do you think you got to where you don't know enough to be ashamed to be. There's tough love and there's the kind you all practise, which can only be called stupid love.

I don't know the specifics of this case besides the details you've given us - why the OBGYN suggested having the girl's tubes tied or anything else.

+++I don't doubt that you know "anything else", or anything about these kinds of things...after all, you're in love with the universe...these mundane life and deeath things don't phase you...not even when your church's teachings for hundreds of years led to thousands of deaths of women just like Adelita's daughter...but hey, have a nice day anyway.

The only point I'd make here is that the girl and her husband - not you or the doctor - are the ones to make the decision. They can take the Church's teaching or leave it, just like you can take it or leave it.

You and your voodoo priests can damn her to hell if she listens to anyone BUT you...and you've been raising these people like children for 2000 years to do just that...live in terror of you and call that "love".
